Rates are determined by the length of the appointments, not by the services provided:

• Forty-five minutes: $100

• Sixty minutes: $130

• Seventy-five minutes: $160

• Ninety minutes: $190

• Missing appointments or canceling with fewer than 24 hours of notice: half the rate of the scheduled appointment.
